How does your 7-day free trial work?

In order to allow our customers an opportunity to try our Products and Services, occasionally we offer a free trial during which customers register for Membership and enjoy many of the Membership benefits. If you sign up for a trial period and cancel during such trial period the payment information provided will not be billed. If you do not cancel during the trial period we will automatically charge your credit card the Subscription fee.

My card is ready. What are my sending options?

Once you’ve finished creating your card, click either “Preview and Share” or “Preview and Print.” Use your cursor to open the cover and look inside, just like a real greeting card. This is the last chance to make any last-minute edits! To share online, you’ll have three options: send via email, continue to Facebook or copy and paste the card link into your favorite messaging app. You can also print and share your custom card in person or by mail.

How do I add a gift card to my ecard?

As a paid member, you can choose to add a gift card to your ecard by following these steps:

Choose any ecard.
Add your personal message on Step 2, then choose “Share or Send” to “Send Via Email.”
Continue to Step 3 to add your recipient’s information.
On this page you will need to click the button that reads “SEND ECARD WITH A GIFT CARD.”
You will then have to option to select a gift card from one of many retailer options.
Continue to the next step to choose the value of the gift card and enter your payment information.
Confirm your total and click “SEND ECARD WITH GIFT CARD.”
